Health Care on the Square offers an array of medical and health-related services, consisting of Boydton Medical Center, Boydton Dental Center, Boydton Family Counseling, Boydton Community Pharmacy, and Boydton Fitness Center.
We are honored to have you as a patient. Here are some tips to make each visit helpful to you.
You are not required to be a medical center patient to see the dentist of use the Pharmacy or Fitness Center. Each is an independent program. However, only the medical and dental center patients may apply for the pharmacy assistance and sliding fee and discount programs that are based on family income.
Bring all medical records including vaccination records on the day of school and sports physicals.
To speak to a nurse, dial Ext. 117. Emergency calls after 5 p.m. and on weekends, call 877-271-0324.

At Each Visit:
- Verify that we have your correct address and phone number.
- Always give us your Medicaid, Medicare, and/or Insurance card to copy.
- Bring all of your medications for the doctor to check.
- Co-pays are due at the time of visit.
Always let us know if you will be late. Late patients must wait for the next available opening in the provider's schedule.
