The fitness center is open 7:30am-7:00pm Monday thru Thursday, 7:30am-6:00pm Friday, and 8:00am-12:00pm Saturday.

This facility is located in a new building with new equipment, employs two certified personal trainers, offers special discounts, is affiliated with the medical center, and is in the process of expansion.

Boydton Fitness Center offers individual and family memberships. Dues can be paid by cash, check, credit, or on an annual basis

A membership includes
   § An annual fitness assessment,
   § One personally designed fitness program,
   § No limits on the use of facilities during regular operating hours.

The fitness assessment includes
   § Flexibility assessment,
   § Blood pressure analysis,
   § Height and weight measurements,
   § Sub maximal cardiovascular test,
   § Body composition analysis,
   § And muscular strength endurance assessment.
